New council contract to re-furbishing empty council properties:
Denham`s are pleased to announce we have signed a new three year contract with a local council for void works. The work entails re-furbishing empty council properties including new Kitchens, Bathrooms, electrics, painting and decorating.
The tender was agreed in writing after a few trial jobs were completed and we will be completing bathrooms, kitchens and complete refurbishments and have enclosed a couple of pictures of what we have done:
Completed Kitchen for the new council void contract
Void landing painted and decorated
Finished bathroom void
